We are committed to meeting the needs of all children including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We ask parents to discuss the identified needs with the nursery prior to starting so that appropriate intervention and support can be planned and implemented. Advice from the LA or other agencies may be requested to ensure that the nursery can meet any needs appropriately.

Further information can be found in the school Admissions Policy that can be found in the School Policies section of our website. Visit the Durham County Council website for information regarding the school admission process and early years admissions.

Please complete the form (link below) to apply for a place. If we are fully subscribed, or your child is not yet eligible for a place, their name will be added to our waiting list. Being on our waiting list ensures that:

  • We will make contact with you at least 6 weeks before your child is eligible for their free entitlement to inform you of the range of places that we have available for you to choose from.
  • We can contact you in advance of your child’s eligibility to a free place to inform you about private sessions, subject to availability.
We can invite you to the next parent open day.
  • Being on our waiting list does not commit you to choosing our nursery, but ensures that you will access to the most up to date information from us.
