Last week we were lucky to have Mel from NUSTEM visit us in Nursery. First we read a story ‘Tree’ before going on a hunt for sticks of different sizes and explored rhythm and rhyme by using nature to make music. Using our sticks, we used the trunks of the trees and the ground to explore the beats and sounds we could make. Everyone had a great time.
